QUIETUDE

I frequently photograph uninhabited places. Sometimes an isolated spot provides the stillness I desire. And sometimes the scene itself, regardless of any surrounding activity, provides tranquility. 

During my summer treks to the Hamptons, I searched for moments of peacefulness in a destination that is known for being anything but. I would try to capture the scene as a remembrance of the quiet feeling.
