I am drawn to the geometric blocks of color of shipping containers. Where these symbols of industry are juxtaposed against marshland, open skies and diesel trains, or stacked like a mosaic. To me this creates an interesting, layered composition. And, when I have the right light, these mundane industrial scenes become beautiful.
